You are no longer able to track your visa application online.

However, HGS can provide updates to customers but this information is not 'live' - it may have a delay of 2-3 days - and we cannot provide any visa decision outcomes to the customer. If there is 'no record' or the application is still within the published processing time, we should ask the customer to be patient and wait for UKVI or the Visa Application Centre to contact them.

Customers using a Teleperformance VAC can log in to their Teleperformance account and monitor the progress of their application there.
