　　盡量簡單直白

　　通知的寫作一般以告知主要信息為目的，切勿為了湊字?jǐn)?shù)而寫了一大堆不必要的話，非常容易寫多錯(cuò)多。

　　通知一般為講座，校園通知等，主要的信息必然包含主題，時(shí)間，地點(diǎn)，也即是什么，什么時(shí)候，在哪里。

　　因此在寫作時(shí)一定要清晰地寫清楚以上三點(diǎn)。

　　在可運(yùn)用的模板上，參考以下：

　　1.開頭

　　(1)........will be held in our school (我們學(xué)校將會(huì)舉辦........)

　　(2) our school is going to hold for a........(我們學(xué)校將會(huì)舉辦)

　　2.講述主題：

　　(1)........will be discussed/talked about in this lecutre(講座)/meeting(會(huì)議) (本場(chǎng)會(huì)議將會(huì)討論......)

　　(2)this......will talk about.....

　　3.列舉主要信息：

　　(1)We invited ........(名人或教授) for this meeting

　　(2)......will come for this lecture/meeting

　　(3)the holding time is from.....to.....(從幾點(diǎn)到幾點(diǎn))in 25th of May / 25th May 2022

　　(4)the holding time is at...(具體的時(shí)間點(diǎn)) in(日月年)

　　(舉辦時(shí)間在.......)

　　(5)the location in at....(地點(diǎn)在...)

　　4.添加內(nèi)容：

　　可以說一些具有吸引力的話比如：

　　We sured that it can make you feel very impressive!

　　或者

　　We believe that is will be very exciting!

　　5.最后加上常用的結(jié)尾話：

　　We are looking forward to your coming.

　　全部整合到一起的話就是：

　　Dear....

　　.....will be held in our school and this.....will talk about......。

　　We invited........(人) for our...... so we sured that it can make you feel very impressive!

　　In addtion(此外), the holding time is from.....to.....in 25th May 2022 and the location is at......

　　(可補(bǔ)充：attending this lecture/meeting will give us a lot, like enlarging our horizon.)

　　We are looking forward to your coming!(在結(jié)束前可以再適當(dāng)加些話語比如參加這個(gè)講座或者會(huì)議我們能夠得到什么，具體視要求而定，但是上述的基本信息是必須要有的!!)
