3、法律法規(guī)對(duì)外國(guó)人來華工作另有規(guī)定的，從其規(guī)定。

4、屬于外國(guó)人工作管理部門職權(quán)范圍的，且申請(qǐng)材料真實(shí)、齊全、符合要求

1. 申請(qǐng)Z字簽證所需附加材料

1. 人力資源和社會(huì)保障部門簽發(fā)的《外國(guó)人就業(yè)許可證書》工作期限不超過90日的，還需提供《外國(guó)人在中國(guó)短期工作證明》，且申請(qǐng)人須在《外國(guó)人在中國(guó)短期工作證明》上注明的起始日期前申請(qǐng)簽證，工作時(shí)間不能超過《外國(guó)人在中國(guó)短期工作證明》所注期限；

2、外國(guó)專家局簽發(fā)的《外國(guó)專家來華工作許可證》或《外國(guó)人工作許可通知》；

3、工商行政管理部門簽發(fā)的《外國(guó)（地區(qū)）企業(yè)常駐代表機(jī)構(gòu)登記證明》；

4、文化行政主管部門簽發(fā)的營(yíng)業(yè)性文藝演出批件（只適用于來華進(jìn)行營(yíng)業(yè)性演出的申請(qǐng)人）和《外國(guó)人在中國(guó)短期工作證明》，且申請(qǐng)人須在《外國(guó)人在中國(guó)短期工作證明》上注明的起始日期前申請(qǐng)簽證，演出時(shí)間不能超過《外國(guó)人在中國(guó)短期工作證明》所注期限；

1. 中國(guó)海洋石油總公司簽發(fā)的《外國(guó)人在中華人民共和國(guó)從事海上石油作業(yè)邀請(qǐng)信》；

(2) Additional materials required for Z visa application

4, the cultural approval documents issued by the competent administrative departments of commercial performance (only applicable to to China for commercial performance of the applicant) and the confirmation of the foreigners working in China in the short term, and the applicant in the foreigners in China's short-term work certificate to apply for a visa before the start date indicated on the, time can't more than the performance of aliens in China short-term work certificate period of note;
