近日一位中國留學生，在社交媒體上發(fā)視頻曬出了自己收到的中國駐意大利大使館發(fā)放的健康包。
健康包的細節(jié)令人動容：這份健康包用《人民日報》報紙包著，里面有口罩和連花清瘟膠囊等抗疫物資，還有一張紙上面題寫著兩句詩：“細理游子緒，菰米似故鄉(xiāng)”。最讓人感動的是，這兩句詩不是打印而是手寫的，墨透紙背。

這一份份健康包來之不易。隨著疫情在全球蔓延，防疫物資緊缺，當?shù)馗静少I不到，多國采取了斷航、封鎖邊境，從國內(nèi)寄送物資也是困難重重。
據(jù)外交部副部長馬朝旭在4月2日的國新辦發(fā)布會上介紹，目前，外交部正把為留學生提供健康包當作重要的工作，源源不斷地向中國留學生比較集中的國家調(diào)配50萬份健康包，包括1100多萬個口罩，50萬份消毒用品以及防疫指南等物資。

在發(fā)布會上，馬朝旭還展示了冰島大使館為留學生提供的健康包，里面有口罩、防疫指南、洗手液等。他說，健康包雖然小，但傳遞的是祖國、黨和人民的關(guān)愛和呵護。
據(jù)馬朝旭說，現(xiàn)在發(fā)給留學生的健康包中，有很多都是駐外使領(lǐng)館外交官自己的口罩，有的是使領(lǐng)館自身的儲備。

據(jù)民航局副局長呂爾學介紹，3月25日民航局啟動了為海外中國留學生配發(fā)健康包物資運輸工作，首次通過民航運輸?shù)慕】蛋镔Y有30余萬份、約300噸，將運往意大利、韓國、法國、德國、美國、英國、荷蘭、瑞典、日本、澳大利亞、加拿大和馬來西亞共12個國家46個使領(lǐng)館，之后再由使領(lǐng)館分發(fā)給當?shù)亓魧W生。按照最新運輸計劃，首批30余萬份約300噸健康包物資，將于4月10日完成運輸。
祖國的牽掛和惦念，就是這樣克服重重阻力，隨著這一份份小小的健康包，送到海外游子手中。

據(jù)馬朝旭介紹，據(jù)教育部門統(tǒng)計，我國海外留學人員總?cè)藬?shù)為160萬人，目前尚在國外的大約有140萬人。大多數(shù)海外留學人員仍然選擇留在當?shù)亍Ｍ瑫r還有一些留學人員面臨無法解決的實際困難，需要返回國內(nèi)。
