皇后大學(xué)商學(xué)院
所有專業(yè)都需要完成PSE (Personal Statement of Experience)，商學(xué)院申請還需要Supplementary Essay，也就是有兩大塊文書要準備，所有申請者必須提交1個PSE 和2個SE，截止日期是February 15。
1. PSE (The Personal Statement of Experience) ，1份， 500字
例題如下：
(1)列出過去四年里獲得的獎勵和榮譽并作簡要說明(包括空格不超過200字符)。
(2)列出各項課外活動、所投入的時間和擔任的職位(包括空格不超過200字符)。
(3)列出過去四年的工作經(jīng)歷，包括有償和無償?shù)娜毢图媛毜墓ぷ?，并且寫明每周工作小時數(shù)以及持續(xù)的年數(shù)(包括空格不超過200字符)。
(4)短文寫作：在上面提到的課外活動或工作經(jīng)歷中選擇一項，敘述這段經(jīng)歷對你的影響和你最大的收獲，篇幅不超過300字。
(5)提供學(xué)校證明人的姓名及聯(lián)系方式，以證明你提交的個人經(jīng)歷陳述內(nèi)容屬實。在你填寫之前，必須先征得證明人的同意。
2. SE ( Supplementary Essay )，2份，300字
The Supplementary Essay (SE) is a separate document that has additional questions for Commerce applicants to complete.
例題如下：(1)你有哪些獨特的觀點或生活經(jīng)歷會使你成為女王大學(xué)商科2023屆光榮的一員?篇幅不超過300字。
(2)從你犯過的一個錯誤中你學(xué)到的最重要的一課是什么?篇幅不超過300字。

1. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力表格(Leadership Profile )
其中包含學(xué)生參加過哪些活動，在里面擔任什么職位，結(jié)果如何，以及推薦人的各種聯(lián)系方式。完成后上傳，進行下一步。
2. 網(wǎng)上面試。其中包含4個視頻錄制回答，和1個書面回答，一共20-30min
題目從題庫里抽，以下是往屆的題目：
Do you work better in a team or in a group setting?
Why do you want to pursue business?
Describe a time that you showed leadership.

問題一：工程系的興趣與目標(必答)
Question 1: Engineering interests and goals (Required)
簡短地談一談你為什么對工程系感興趣，特別是你申請的那個具體的專業(yè)。評價一下你的興趣和能力，職業(yè)目標，并談一談你是如何接觸到工程學(xué)這一個學(xué)科的，是通過學(xué)校課程，還是其他經(jīng)歷。說一說你和其他工程家的對話，或工程學(xué)的老師，或滑鐵盧目前的或之前的學(xué)生的對話，你們都談到了些什么。(最多900字)
Briefly explain why you are interested in engineering and particularly to which you have applied. Comment, for example, on your interests and abilities; your career goals; exposures to engineering through school related and other experiences, and discussions you have had with engineers, teachers, current or past Waterloo students. (900 limit character)

如果你申請過軟件工程學(xué)，你需啊向我們展示你可以設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)完好的模塊化程序。所有考生如果有編程方面的經(jīng)驗，都應(yīng)該具體地寫出來。(最多600字)
If you have applied to software engineering, you are required to demonstrate that you have experience in developing well-structured, modular programs. However, all applicants should list their programming experience if applicable.
For every programming language in which you have at least four months of programming engineering, list the languages, number of months of experience you have in using the language (not how long you have known it, and capacity in which you used the language. Eg. Courses completed, work experience, self education)(600 limit character)
第二部分：網(wǎng)上視頻面試 online Video Interview (不是強制性的但建議參加)
考生要回答兩個問題，會有準備時間，然后回答。一共不超過20分鐘。
The procedure is simple - you will be asked two questions, given prep time, and allotted a set amount of time to respond. The interview requires less than 20 minutes to complete.
可以有很多次練習(xí)，但錄制只有一次。
You will require an Internet connected computer with a functioning webcam and microphone. The system allows for unlimited practice sessions but once you start the formal interview questions you only get one chance - this allows us to see your candid responses.
