Type: single-study bedrooms in mixed-gender terrace houses

Cost (per week): Small room - $195; Medium room - $215; Large room - $230.

Inclusions: Utilities, weekly cleaning of common areas and a fully furnished bedroom with a bed, mattress, mattress protector, wall heater, study desk, study chair and wardrobe

Terraced housing
Not provided: Telephone, internet, Bed linen, towels, personal electrical items and kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery, etc)

Facilities: Coin-operated laundry, 24-hour access to University Security and a shared backyard with 3 or 4 other terraces.

Additional costs: A non-refundable acceptance fee of $200 if application is successful and an $800 room deposit is required at acceptance. Internet/telephone may be organised with the provider of your choice at additional costs


Eligibility: Students have to be enrolled on a full-time load at the University of Sydney.
