推選答案是想延期offer還是在讀準(zhǔn)備休學(xué)？

第一種情況請(qǐng)問(wèn)清楚是否可以延期，下面的郵件發(fā)給學(xué)院招生秘書(shū)，2天沒(méi)反應(yīng)打電話過(guò)去。下面的郵件是已經(jīng)用過(guò)，確實(shí)可行的說(shuō)法。
Subject: Offer defer application, ID: 你的學(xué)號(hào)

To whom it may concern

This is from an offer holder, ID: 你的申請(qǐng)?zhí)?學(xué)號(hào)

I was wondering if I could defer my offer from 2014 to 2015, September (如果確實(shí)想15年9月入學(xué)的話), due to 你的原因.

Please let me know if you need any further information.

第二種情況建議直接去學(xué)院辦公室，如果想發(fā)郵件的話可以如下格式:

Subject: Convalescent Leave application, ID: 你的學(xué)號(hào) (這是生病休學(xué)申請(qǐng)，如其他原因請(qǐng)按實(shí)際情況修改)

To whom it may concern

This is from a Master/PhD/Bachelor student, ID: 你的學(xué)號(hào)


I was wondering if I could take a leave from 2014 to 2015, September (請(qǐng)按實(shí)際日期填寫(xiě)), due to 你的原因. Would you kindly let me know the necessary procedures and documents to prepare?
