推選答案是想延期offer還是在讀準(zhǔn)備休學(xué)？

第一種情況請問清楚是否可以延期，下面的郵件發(fā)給學(xué)院招生秘書，2天沒反應(yīng)打電話過去。下面的郵件是已經(jīng)用過，確實可行的說法。
Subject: Offer defer application, ID: 你的學(xué)號

To whom it may concern

This is from an offer holder, ID: 你的申請?zhí)?學(xué)號

I was wondering if I could defer my offer from 2014 to 2015, September (如果確實想15年9月入學(xué)的話), due to 你的原因.

第二種情況建議直接去學(xué)院辦公室，如果想發(fā)郵件的話可以如下格式:

Subject: Convalescent Leave application, ID: 你的學(xué)號 (這是生病休學(xué)申請，如其他原因請按實際情況修改)

To whom it may concern

This is from a Master/PhD/Bachelor student, ID: 你的學(xué)號


I was wondering if I could take a leave from 2014 to 2015, September (請按實際日期填寫), due to 你的原因. Would you kindly let me know the necessary procedures and documents to prepare?
